End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and NextEleven LLC for the use of this software and associated documentation.

1. Grant of License

NextEleven LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this software for evaluation purposes only. This license does not grant you any rights to use the software for commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You shall not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce the software
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose
• Transfer, rent, lease, or sublicense the software

3. Intellectual Property

All title and intellectual property rights in and to the software are owned by NextEleven LLC. The software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NEXTELEVEN LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXTELEVEN LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
